Ventura County Library provides self-service stations for customers.
The machines are easy to use:
1) Select language
2) Scan your library card
3) Place your items on the pad (up to or less than 10 works best)
4) Press continue when the titles show “checkout successful.”
5) For your receipt, select the button to print or not to print
All Ventura County Libraries have self-checks.
The library has one Self-Check station located on the left side of the Customer Service desk as you enter the building.
The library has five Self-Check stations. Three are located on the first floor where the Adult Collections are and the other two are located on the second floor in the Children / Youth section.

Meiners Oaks Library is being relocated. Until the new library location opens, Mobile Library services are being provided one day a week on the campus of the Meiners Oaks Elementary School.
