Stress Reduction Workshop at Prueter Library

Nopjira Wongvitoothai will present a stress workshop especially for working adults at the Ray D. Prueter Library on Saturday, May 13, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. The workshop will include an informational lecture along with stress reduction activities. Although everyone deals with stress in their daily life, not everyone knows how to effectively manage it. Nopira will discuss the effects of stress on an individual’s body, health, and well-being. She will address how to effectively cope with different forms of stress and the benefits of stress reduction coping skills.


Nopjira Wongvitoothai is a graduating student at California State University, Channel Islands. She is a psychology major and will be conducting the stress workshop in fulfillment of requirements for her stress and coping course.
