Public Computers - Laptops (Kiosk)

Ventura County Libraries are committed to providing free access to internet-connected desktop or laptop computers for public use within the branches. 


Here’s what you need to know:

  • No Fee: Use of our public computers is absolutely free, however this is a fee for self-service printing.
  • Library Card: A valid library card is required to log into a computing session.
  • Time Limits: Access to the computers is subject to time limits and availability, which varies by location.
  • Computers: Each library offers either laptop or desktop computers. Not all sites provide both. 
  • Internet Filtering Policy
    Included Microsoft Office Applications: Utilize essential tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher.
  • Computer, Internet Wireless Access Policy


Self-Service Printing (Fee based):
