How can I print one of your web pages without the dark blue portion?

As with many commands in Windows - this can be done in a few ways. Here are two:

1a) When on the page you want to print, click on Print Preview (under the Printer icon in XP, "File" menu in 2000). You will notice along the top of the Print Preview page, there are buttons for Portrait or Landscape, page views and a drop down menu that defaults to "As laid out on screen"...

1b) With the drop down, use "Only the selected frame" by clicking within the part of the page you want to print prior to going to Print Preview. Then you can select "Only the selected frame" and print.  If you haven't clicked within the frame first, you can also use "All Frames individually" and simply print ONLY the pages you want.

2) Another way is to right click within the page you want to print (and NOT within the blue frame)
   ==> Select "Properties"
     ==> Highlight and COPY the Address (URL)
       ==> Paste that address into the location bar in your browser and ENTER
The page should now appear without the blue frame.
